My name is Kamlesh Samji I’m the owner of KRS Estate Planning
Having qualified as a Solicitor in 2001, I have worked as a Solicitor for over 22 years in private practice. I have vast, hands-on experience dealing with a variety of Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work. My journey has been invaluable, but I always thought I could offer more than as an employed Solicitor.
I, therefore, decided to set up my own practice to offer a more affordable, flexible and accessible service to my clients – without the title of ‘Solicitor’
People are busy, and going to an office between 9 to 5, Mon – Fri, is not always practical or convenient – especially if you have a job yourself. I aim to offer evening and weekend appoints where I can and also do home visits, in most cases, at no extra charge.
As well as English, I can also offer advice in Gujarati and Hindi, both of which I am fluent in.
